Thank you for booking your BIGGER Parcels delivery.
Please read the following carefully:
You will shortly receive an email confirming your order & payment. This email will also contain your tracking number which you may require if you would like to track your order.
TNT are normally the collection agent for this service, and will call to collect your consignment between 9am - 5.30pm on the date you specified when ordering.
All items must be professionally and securely packaged in a double walled box with sufficient packaging to protect the contents and have the destination address clearly written on them.
Please ensure you have read the Terms and Conditions and Prohibited item list as accepted at the time of ordering. If you send a Prohibited item then it is at your own risk and you will be unable to claim in the event of damage or loss.
Such shipments could also be subject to non collection or return.
Please note that pallets and crates are not acceptable, and will incur a £300 surcharge if used.
The driver will leave a Waybill document that you may have to complete with the Collection and Delivery address details.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all the details are correctly completed and displayed on the correct parcel. It is not the driver's responsibility to check this information, so please ensure this is checked before he leaves.
You must ensure that you obtain this document as this is proof of pick up.
